Our official hotel partner for this year’s conference is Seda Central Bloc (located at Cebu I.T. Park). It is approximately 4.0 kilometres away from the VBP Mango Office, 1.9 kilometres away from the VBP JEG Office, and 1.2 kilometres away from Waterfront Cebu Hotel (Talents & Awards Night venue).

Delegates who bring at least one (1) business partner or colleague will have the second and succeeding people discounted by 25%. This also applies to firms with multiple attendees with the first person at full price and the succeeding people discounted by 25%.

  • Delegates who bring at least one (1) business partner/work colleague to the conference.
  • Firms with 2 or more confirmed registrations within the practice.
  • Firms with multiple attendees must complete individual registrations for each participant.
  • Travelling with a partner/companion does not qualify you for the discount.

Yes, we can deduct $1, 200 from your registration fee if you want to book your own flights. However, it is more convenient to have it booked with our partner agency to ensure that your flight schedule will be aligned with the transfers included in your package.

The pre/post-event add-on package is 360 AUD. This includes an additional 3-day stay at the partner hotel and complimentary breakfast.

Yes, you may. Kindly indicate your desired destination/s and dates of your stay in the “additional comments” section of the Delegates Information form. We will then have this packaged by our Travel Agent Partner. Any additional cost would be billed towards the delegate.

Yes. The partner rate is 1,900 AUD/person. This includes all dinners and activities, accommodation, transfer, airfares and attendance to the Talents and Awards Night.

Children (ages 2 years old and below) are offered a different package by our Travel Agent Partner. Any hotel and flight costs would be billed separately towards the delegate who will be bringing in their partners/families.

Yes. If you wish to upgrade your flight, kindly indicate it in the comment section of the Delegates’ Information form to notify us. We will then inform our Travel Agent Partner of the said upgrade. The excess cost of the base airfare budget of the package ($1200) will be billed to the delegate.

In case you decide to upgrade after submitting the form, kindly send an email to vbpclientcon@virtualbusinesspartners.com.au to have your initial flight details amended immediately.

Early or late check-out is subject to room availability. Additional costs may apply and will be charged towards the delegate.
